10대부터 성인 중국인 학생에게 영어를 가르친 경력이 있어요. 3세 학생부터 65세 학생까지 다양한 연령대의 학생들을 가르쳤어요. 보통 프리토킹 수업으로 다양한 주제에 대해서 학생들과 이야기를 나눴어요. 학생들이 자유롭게 이야기를 하면 저는 피드백을 제공하고 잘못된 문법과 발음을 교정해주었습니다. 이렇게 하다보면 학생들은 같은 실수를 반복하지 않게 되더라구요. 수업이 끝나고는 데일리 레포트를 제공하면서 학생들이 복습할 수 있도록 도와주고 있어요.

I teach the English language to Chinese kids, teens and adults as their second language. My youngest student was around 3-4 years old. The oldest was 65.
Beside teaching them the provided lessons, some students, mostly adults, would also like to have some “free-talks” wherein we just talk about anything. In that kind of case, we talk about a topic that the student would like to talk about and I still monitor and check from time to time whether the student is using the correct words in a correct English grammar. After each class, I give feedbacks to the students on what they should do to enhance their English skills. Then I make a class report on the system so that the next teacher can catch up where I left off.
The company I have been before uses two different interactive classrooms where all classes are conducted. It's the choice of the student on what classroom to use.
The materials were also provided to tutors. That leaves the tutors the teaching style.
