교육학을 전공하는 학생시절에는, 학생들마다 서로 다른 방식으로 배운다는 점과 그에 맞는 다양한 전략들에 대해 공부할 수 있었습니다. 아주 어린 유아부터 초등학교 3학년 레벨 사이의 어린 학생들을 가르치기도 하였습니다. 임용고시를 공부하고 합격하면서, 교육봉사를 하기도 하고, 성인들에게 기초교육을 했습니다. 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 가르친 지는 1년정도 되었는데, 마냥 쉬운 일이 아닌 것을 깨달았습니다. 온라인을 통해서 학생을 다루는 법도 알아야하고, 재밌고 연관있는 수업을 진행하기 위해 다양한 전략을 세우기도 했어야 했습니다. 주로 기초수준과 K-12 학생들을 상대하였고, 이 경험은 소통능력과 티칭능력을 향상 시키는데 많은 도움을 주었습니다.

When I was still a college Education student, I was able to practice my field as both a private and public Student assistant Teacher. There, I discovered different learning styles of every student and a lot of teaching strategies when it comes to giving instructions. I handled young learners particularly from Nursery 1 to Grade 3 pupils. After graduating and passing the Licensure Examination for Teacher I worked as an Alternative Learning System Volunteer in Department of Education. There, I was able to teach Basic Literacy to adult learners who wants to review reading and counting. I also work as an online Tutor for a year now, I learned that being an online tutor is not easy.
