I studied Computer Science, and also took Gas and diesel mechanic course back then.After college, I became engage in CALL CENTER industry. SO, I have been working in customer service environment and have been using the English language for 9 years now. I've had spoken with roughly 50 Americans everyday with my previous job. Same goes with my current job where I speak with 40-50 Australians and kiwi's everyday, and ofcourse, using the English language too. :-)THESE experiences made me believe that knowing and practicing another language can break the barriers and can bridge cultural gaps.THESE also GIVE me confidence to encourage my students to speak up, providing them accurate, but KIND response upon notice of mistake or lapses. By the way, I have a 3-year experience in Teaching English. I was a full-time English tutor for Japanese students before, taught them basic to business English. And right now, I'm a part-time English teacher catering Chinese students - I have students who are kids, adults, businessmen and students who are reviewing for IELTS and TOEFL exams.
