Hi, I'm Lee, an experienced and passionate  English teacher from UK. I have 7 years experience working as an ESL teacher offline and 1.5 years as an online ESL teacher.


Offline English teaching Experience

Employed for 7 years as an English teacher in public schools by  Seoul, Incheon and Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education. I have taught class sizes ranging from 12-30 and children aged 4-12. During this time I also organised summer and winter English camps and after school programmes.


Online Experience

I have taught over 5,500 classes during my 18 months online teaching with an online company, teaching basic English such as phonics to more advanced English and conversation lessons using an online teachng platform. My second job involves teaching a large group of students (40-60) in Chinese public schools, being projected onto a TV in their physical classroom.

My hobbies are playing table tennis,journal writing, hiking, travelling, vintage video games and watching Japanese Anime like Naruto, Dragon ball and Disney movies and classic Hollywood movies

Career goals
To teach full time in an international school, work online part-time with my favorite students. This is to ensure I am able to provide for my family and have a challenging and fulfilling job with a reputable school.

My dream is to improve as a teacher and have a happy life with my family:) My travel dreams are:

Take the transiberian train from east to west, across the whole of Russia. The journey takes 7 whole days!
Ride a hot air balloon in Myanmar over the beautiful temples of Bagan.
Two week horse riding adventure in Mongolia.
City hopping trip around Europe.
See the Matterhorn in Switzerland.
Publish a childrens adventure book.
Be a better person.

What we can learn

I would like to get to know you better and what are your hobbies and interests. We can also discuss family life, television shows on Netflix, what is your daily life like and what dreams and aspirations do you have, as well as the struggles and frustrations of life.

We can focus on grammar exercises, free talk or anything else you might like using the topic cards or something you are passionate to discuss. I am eager to share my experiences of living in Korea with you also and our opinions about it :)
