ESL 선생님으로 학생들을 가르친 지 6년이 되었어요. 한국인, 일본인 중국인 학생들을 가르쳐왔습니다. 저는 학생들이 자신감을 갖고 영어를 할 수 있도록 도와주고 있어요. 더 나아가서 6 년 간의 경험은 학생들을 가르치는 교육자로서 더 유연하고 인내심을 갖고 이해해야 할 필요성을 깨닫게 해주었습니다. 마지막으로, 참된 선생님은 잘 가르쳐야할 뿐만 아니라 학생들을 잘 이해할 수 있어야한다고 생각해요. 또한, 선생님으로서 학생들이 목표를 달성하고 잠재력을 발휘하고 영어 학습에 동기부여를 해주어야한다고 생각해요.

I have been an ESL teacher to foreign students for almost 6 years now. I have a variety of experience teaching Koreans, Japanese and Chinese for a considerable amount of time. The experiences I have gained taught me not only to become a student-oriented teacher but also to become holistic who is interested in bolstering my students' confidence and knowledge to the best of my ability. Furthermore, the six-year experience inculcated in me the need to be more flexible, patient, and understanding as an educator with the sole purpose of touching students' hearts. Lastly, I believe in a mantra that an exemplary teacher is someone who does not only have a head full of knowledge but also a heart full of love. I am certain that I can succeed as an ESL educator if I put myself in a much better position to help my students reach their goals, live up to their potentials, and motivate their burning desire as far as learning English is concerned. I believe in the teaching philosophy of “student talk time”.

Hi! I'm Teacher Cryscel Joy. I've been an English teacher for more than six years now. The experiences I've gained throughout the years in teaching English have equipped me with the necessary skills and abilities to teach and handle all sorts of students from different age levels and cultural backgrounds.
