저는 대학에서 한 학기 동안 조교로 일하면서 초급 영화 과목과 영화와 미디어 스튜디오 과목 강의를 보조했습니다. 저는 학생들의 작품을 진지하고 솔직하게 비평하고 토론하는 학술적인 세미나를 통해 책임감을 기를 수 있었습니다. 저는 대학을 다니며 3년간 instructional fabrication wood shop에서 판매 직원으로 일했습니다. 저는 그 곳에서 일하며 1학년 대학생들에게 도구를 사용하는 방법이나 선택하는 방법을 가르쳤습니다.

I was a student teacher assistant for a semester at college for a beginners film, movie and media studio class. There, most of my responsibility revolved around honest and thorough critique of the projects of the students in a Socratic seminar setting. Apart from this experience, I worked as a resale sales employee at the instructional fabrication wood shop at my college for 3 years. A portion of my job was dedicated towards showing first years students how to use certain tools for their fabricating needs, through the use of discussion and demonstration.

저는 학생들이 질문을 열심히 해줬으면 좋겠어요. 무언가를 배울 때는 초급자던, 중급자던, 숙련자 혹은 그 이상이더라도 질문을 많이 해야만 성장할 수 있어요. 질문을 통해서 사람은 세상을 이해하고 더욱 또렷하게 볼 수 있답니다.

저는 미국에 살면서 17년동안 영어를 쓰고 있어요. 저는 어릴 때부터 예술과 문화에 관심이 많았고, 지금은 뉴욕 시의 패션 업계에서 일하고 있어요. 만약 영어를 예술의 도구로써, 혹은 감정이나 생각을 표현할 수단으로써 사용하고 싶다면, 제가 여러분을 도울 적임자라고 생각해요 :)

My biggest message to students would be to ask questions. Whether somebody is learning as a beginner, intermediate, or in an advanced curriculum of any kind, its always important to ask questions because it allows for the student to broaden their sense of knowledge and curiosity. I believe it enables people to see and understand the world around them clearer.
